Why Camphor?

Camphor at Temple: CAMPHOR is just not a pooja product, it is product with much more Medicinal values other than using it for just pooja. Basically it is an antibiotic which is the scientific reason why camphor is used in temples which is always crowded. When camphor is lighted the smoke from the camphor kills the germs which is caused due to carbon dioxide and cleans the atmosphere. This is the scientific reason why camphor is used.
